Ranking Methodology

How We Rank
LinkedIn Tools

Our directory ranking is based on merit, not money. Here's exactly how we evaluate and order every tool listing.

We Do Not Accept Payment for Rankings

This is non-negotiable. No tool can pay to appear higher in our directory. No sponsored placements. No featured listings for cash. Our rankings are determined solely by the objective factors below.

Our Ranking Algorithm

Tools are scored on a 100-point scale using these weighted factors

1. Safety Score

40% Weight

Your account safety is our top priority. We test every tool on real LinkedIn accounts and measure ban risk, detection patterns, and compliance with LinkedIn's terms.

  • Ban risk assessment
  • Detection pattern analysis
  • LinkedIn compliance check
  • User-reported restrictions

2. User Rating

30% Weight

Verified reviews from real professionals who use these tools daily. We cross-reference ratings from multiple sources and verify reviewer authenticity.

  • Verified user reviews
  • Cross-platform ratings
  • Review authenticity checks
  • Long-term user feedback

3. Value for Money

20% Weight

Features offered relative to pricing. We favor transparent pricing models and penalize hidden fees or misleading trial offers.

  • Feature-to-price ratio
  • Transparent pricing
  • Free trial quality
  • No hidden fees policy

4. Recency of Testing

10% Weight

Recently tested tools get a small boost to ensure our directory shows the most current information. This prevents outdated listings from ranking high.

  • Last tested date
  • Regular re-testing schedule
  • Tool update monitoring
  • New feature tracking

Our Testing Process

Every tool goes through our rigorous 5-step testing methodology

01

Initial Review

We install and configure the tool exactly as a regular user would, following official documentation.

02

Safety Testing

We test on dedicated LinkedIn accounts, monitoring for any detection flags, warnings, or restrictions.

03

Duration Test

We use each tool for a minimum of 2 weeks to identify any delayed detection or gradual restrictions.

04

Community Research

We analyze user reports, Reddit discussions, and support forums for real-world ban experiences.

05

Continuous Monitoring

We re-test tools monthly and immediately if we receive reports of new LinkedIn detection methods.

Understanding Safety Scores

Our proprietary safety scoring system (0-100) evaluates LinkedIn tools for ban risk

90-100: Safe

No automation, manual actions only

Tools that assist without automating LinkedIn actions. Zero ban risk.

50-89: Caution

Some automation with safety limits

Moderate risk if used carefully. Follow recommended daily limits strictly.

0-49: Risky

High automation, frequent bans reported

Significant risk of LinkedIn restrictions. Use with extreme caution or avoid.

Our Commitment to Transparency
